My name is Joe Cala, and I have spent over 25 years in the automotive industry helping individuals and dealerships succeed. I started as a salesperson on the showroom floor and worked my way up to leadership roles where I managed teams, trained professionals, and spoke at national conferences like NADA and Digital Dealer. It was not always easy. In the beginning, I struggled with rejection, inconsistency, and the fear that I would never hit my goals. What changed everything for me was learning the power of prospecting and developing daily habits that created consistency. Once I mastered those skills, my career and income grew in ways I never thought possible. Now I am passionate about sharing that same knowledge with you.
